Who processes your data

The data controller is Universe Consulting Group, 2 Zymova St., Kyiv 04078, Ukraine. For any question about personal data write to info@universe.com.ua.

What we receive

When you fill in the “Request a call” form, we receive what you enter yourself:

• your name and phone number — the required fields;
• optionally: company name, e-mail, a convenient time to call, preferred language and a description of your question.

The hosting provider’s server automatically records the IP address, date and time of the request and browser details in technical logs. These records are needed for security and stable operation of the site; we do not use them to identify you.

Why we use it

We use the form data only to contact you about your enquiry, run the diagnostic review and prepare a proposal. We send no marketing mailings and pass your data to no one for marketing.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@universe.com.ua. If the enquiry leads to a contract, further processing takes place under that contract.

If you are in the European Union, we also follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who has access

Only the group’s staff who handle enquiries have access. The site and corporate mail are hosted with Hosting Ukraine (ukraine.com.ua) on servers in Ukraine, and the provider stores this data technically on our instructions.

We do not pass your data to anyone else, including our audit and legal partners, without your separate consent — except where the law directly requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for one month from the last contact and then deleted. Server technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Cookies and fonts

The site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. A single cookie named lang stores the language you chose so that the right version opens next time. It holds no personal data, is kept for one month and can be deleted in your browser settings.

The site fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser makes no requests to third-party services and passes them no IP address.

How we protect data

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Non-disclosure obligations cover the whole team, and the group’s information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

• know what data we process, for what purpose and where it is stored;
• access your data;
• require correction of inaccurate data or its deletion;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

To exercise these rights write to info@universe.com.ua. We reply within 30 calendar days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the latest change is shown at the top.
